Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg are both highly renowned figures in West Coast hip-hop. They were frequent collaborators, close friends, and label mates on Death Row Records. Some key records that they made together include “2 of America Most Wanted” (1996), “All About U” (1996), and “Wanted Dead or Alive” (1997). Following Tupac’s death, Snoop has been one of the key players in keeping Tupac’s legacy alive. He notably performed alongside a hologram of Tupac at Coachella 2012, and inducted him into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017.
